Apartments versus villas — the honest split
Our inventory is apartments and one bungalow, not a row of private villas. The bungalow is the closest to a house; two-bedrooms suit families who still want “villa space.” Marketing that says otherwise would be doorway spam.
Private pool honesty
There is one shared pool in the palm gardens. The bungalow has garden space, not a private plunge pool. If a listing promised you your own pool, that is not GK Palms.

We are not a staffed private villa. Dine at The Palms or cook in the unit. Event catering can be discussed for gatherings.
